Right2Win Sports Academy will do well in their first league season- Coach Felix Ifeanyi Nwosu

Newly appointed head coach of Right2Win Academy Felix Nwosu Ifeanyi has set his sight on taking the Club to the Nigeria National League Play off stage, while admitting that it will be a step at a time.

Abacha as he is fondly called took over the coaching duties at the Abia State Outfit after leaving Nigeria Women Premier League side Dream Stars Ladies on Mutual agreement.

The Former Enugu Rangers and Gor Mahia of Kenya player said his intention is to create a competitive atmosphere at the club with a different philosophy, he added that he is a fan of “TikiTaka”, a dimension of football which he believes is capable of keeping the opponents defense line busy throughout a game.

Speaking to www.myrontopclass.com Coach Felix Nwosu said “My philosophy has always been on attacking football with TikiTaka progressive play, keeping opponents defense line busy throughout game period, and I believe it will work out here”.

“It feels like I am at home because the Club President, Engineer Kelechi Nnorom Orji has been very supportive, and I have the most intelligent and disciplined set of players who are eager to learn and grow to bigger players in the nearest future.”

“The philosophy of the club is centered on young players, more reason you will see us parade majority of players below 20 years of age in the league. About 80% of them have never played in the league.

On the level of preparedness ahead of the 2019 Nigeria Nationwide League Season, the young tactician said “We have done a lot in terms of preparation even though I am new here, with the progress recorded so far, visibly in the two friendlies we had already, I think we are almost there, we are out to compete fully and hopefully finish top of our group to qualify for the NNL playoff”

Right2Win Academy have been drawn alongside Heartland Feeders, FC Ifeanyi Ubah feeders, Bussdor United as well as Akajiobi FC who they will face in the League opener at the Ginger stadium on May 26, 2019.
